A Proposed Model for Assessing the Determinants of Enterprise Resource Planning Adoption and Satisfaction

In a competitive environment, organizations continually need to establish new business objectives to fulfill their corporate visions. However, the success of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is a difficult process as it involves different types of end users assessment. The main objective of the present study is to find the key determinants that open the door to employees' satisfaction and adoption of ERP system. A total of 64 employees in Ferro Gilan Complex which is Iran's first and largest private sector steel rolling company responded to the administered survey. Survey data were analyzed using the partial least squares (PLS) method while Smart PLS was used to test the hypotheses and to validate the proposed model. The results of this study indicated the determinants of ERP adoption and satisfaction in developing countries.
